An intense red wine with purple highlights. Its bouquet appears very complex and elegant. On the nose it explodes with hints of roasted coffee bean, ripe cherry and plum, combined with spicy notes of vanilla. Harmoniously balanced and velvety on the palate, with a delicate balance of tannins it is full-bodied and delicious, with the rich underlying sweetness typical of wines made with dried grapes. 50% Aglianico 50% Primitivo IGP – Abv 15%

The vineyard of San Pietro is on a ridge of Taburno, all stone and clay, the scent of this wine leaves one stunned by the texture and kaleidoscopic aromatic qualities. Iovi Tonan was the tombstone of a temple, destroyed after the Roman Civil War and placed at the base of the church of the Purita’ in Montesarchio, then chapel of the palace of the d’Avalos, greats of Spain and princes of Montesarchio. 100% Aglianico del Taburno Rosso DOCG 2020 – Abv 14.50%

Principato Ultra was the ancient province of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies whose territory also embraced Montesarchio, the company’s headquarters. This wine is the selection of grapes of different varieties, vinified with modern systems, with a remarkable quality, in a few bottles.
